How to wear a Jaeger LeCoultre Grande Reverso Duo luxury watch. Some of my personal one on one clients have a lot of money to spend on their fashion and if it's congruent with their lifestyle (and it's something that they can afford!) I sometimes suggest investing in a luxury watch or two. There are so many luxury watch brands out there and, it's not like choosing a pair of trainers, you should put a lot of thought and consideration into choosing the right model.
In this video I show off the Jaeger LeCoultre Grande Reverso Duo watch. It is a special piece and looks amazing when styled with the right outfit. Although it can be worn casually I feel that it looks best when worn with a suit. It's not a show off watch. Only those who appreciate luxury watches will recognise the brand.
If possible, I recommend having a selection of watches to choose from to go with different outfits for different occasions but this obviously comes down to how much money you have to play with!

How to train your shoulders at the gym. In the last video I talked about how to train your upper chest. To help grow my upper chest it's important to train my front shoulders properly as they connect directly to the pectoral muscles. Training my front shoulders properly indirectly helps me to grow my upper chest.
In this video I go through what works for me personally when it comes to developing my shoulders. I'm a self-confessed gym addict and have been going for many years and I know exactly what I need to do to grow my shoulder muscles so that they're nice and rounded. Nicely shaped deltoid muscles help your clothes look amazing.
When trying any new exercise routine, it's important to give it a chance. Don't just try something for a couple of weeks and then just give up. You need to be consistent for at least a couple of months. If you're not experiencing any gains after that then you should definitely look at tweaking your workout.
